Yes, there’s no charge. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you honestly, and you’ll leave with a clearer picture of your home either way.

When does construction start?
Once you’ve signed Your Home Book. Every decision is made first, so the first day on site is the first day of an approved plan.

It is priced and approved in writing before the work happens. You stay in control of the money and the rooms.
